Orders

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment

Payment must be made at the time of ordering. We accept payments via Stripe, which supports major credit and debit cards.

Collection

Orders are for collection only. Please collect your order when notified that it is ready. We are not responsible for orders that are not collected in a timely manner.

Cancellations & Refunds

Once an order has been placed and accepted by the kitchen, it cannot be cancelled. If there is an issue with your order, please speak to a member of staff at the restaurant.

Allergens

Our food may contain allergens. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please inform us before placing your order. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3 Ninjas Pizza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
